Products in stock will be shipped within one to 2 working days to Mainland Portugal and 2 to 3 business days to Europe. For products manufactured by measure e.g. lightbox (claim), sun visors, brush flaps, etc. the manufacturing time is 5 business days without painting, and 20 business days with painting, the average shipping time for these products is 2 to 5 business days. For larger items such as bullbars the manufacturing time is 45 calendar days and delivery time is on average 5 working days.

The buyer will indicate the destination address as specific as possible and, with the utmost detail, it is the buyer’s responsibility to accurately order data, so if the product does not arrive at its true destination, by mistake in providing the address by the buyer, no change or return will be made, nor will any administrative management be made to correct the address.

If the error in the shipping data is attributable to   RJ SANTOS,all necessary measures will be taken to bring the product to the buyer, at no additional cost.

If the buyer wishes the shipment to be made to a location outside the above, he/she must send an email to geral@rjsantostrucks.com to verify the conditions and cost of the shipment.

Right of free re-employment of the contract

Within 14 consecutive days after the date of receipt of the products, the buyer may resolve the contract, without justification and without any penalty, to do so must notify the RJ   Santos to the email geral@rjsantostrucks.com, your decision to resolve the contract, indicating the data needed to identify the purchase.

To exercise the right of free resolution the buyer must send the products in perfect condition to the address Rua Diogo Leão, nº51, Caranguejeira, 2420-120, Leiria, Portugal, within 14 consecutive days from the date on which he has communicated his decision to resolve the contract.

The RJ SANTOS will reimburse the buyer all expenses of the original purchase. However, the customer will assume the direct expenses for the return of the products.

The refund will be made in the shortest possible time and always within 30 days after notification, using whenever possible the same channel of payment that was made for the purchase.

The refund will always be made in favour of those who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used in the purchase or the account holder from which the bank transfer used for the purchase is made).

In the case of personalised products, it is not possible to give up, i.e. there will be no refund of payment, because they are goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with Article 16(c) of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT and the COUNCIL of 25 October 2011; and article 17(c) of Decree-Law No 24/2014 of 14 February, which partially transposes Directive No 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011.

Returns and exchanges.

The customer must notify   RJ SANTOS to the e-mail geral@rjsantostrucks.com, indicating order number, copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem.

The products of the original order that intend to be exchanged should be sent to the address Rua Diogo Leão, nº51, Caranguejeira, 2420-120, Leiria, Portugal.   The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the status of the product.

The refund will be made in the shortest possible time after notification and return of the initial order, using whenever possible the same channel of payment that was made for the purchase.

The refund will always be made in favour of those who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used in the purchase or the account holder from which the bank transfer used for the purchase is made).
