Trade and Returns Policy
Undelivered orders
If an order is not delivered for reasons that are attributable to RJ SANTOS,the entire amount paid will be reimbursed. If the reasons are attributable to the customer, the costs of sending and returning the amount to be reimbursed will be deducted.
Right of free re-employment of the contract
Within 14 consecutive days after the date of receipt of the products, the buyer may resolve the contract, without justification and without any penalty, to do so must notify the RJ SANTOS for the email geral@rjsantostrucks.com, its decision to resolve the contract, indicating the necessary data to identify the purchase.
To exercise the right of free resolution the buyer must send the products in perfect condition to the address Rua Diogo Leão, nº51, Caranguejeira, 2420-120, Leiria, Portugal, within 14 consecutive days from the date on which he has communicated his decision to resolve the contract.
RJ SANTOS will reimburse the buyer all expenses of the original purchase. However, the customer will assume the direct expenses for the return of the products.
The refund will be made in the shortest possible time and always within 30 days after notification, using whenever possible the same channel of payment that was made for the purchase.
The refund will always be made in favour of those who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used in the purchase or the account holder from which the bank transfer used for the purchase is made).
Procedure for returns and exchanges.
The customer must notify RJ SANTOS to the geral@rjsantostrucks.com email, indicating order number, copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem.
The products of the original order that intend to be exchanged should be sent to the address Rua Diogo Leão, nº51, Caranguejeira, 2420-120, Leiria, Portugal.
In cases where the reason for the return or exchange is attributable to RJ SANTOS or the carrier, the shipping costs will not be at the customer’s behest. The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the status of the product.
The refund will be made in the shortest possible time after notification and return of the initial order, using whenever possible the same channel of payment that was made for the purchase.
The refund will always be made in favour of the person who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used in the purchase or the account holder from which the bank transfer used for the purchase is made).
In the case of an order of several products and only one part is returned or exchanged, the reimbursement of shipping costs will not be processed.
