With rare exceptions unrelated to RJSANTOS – TRUCK ACCESSORIES, all orders completed and paid by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Mbway or ATM*, will be shipped on the same day, provided payment has been made by 14:00 of a business day. Orders paid after that time will be shipped the following business day.
The payment option by bank transfer* will have a confirmation period that will vary between 24:00 and 5 business days (depending on the country of origin of the transfer). In this method of payment, Worklandia has no control over the execution period of the banking movement, which is the responsibility of the Client’s Bank. In these cases, the order will be shipped on the day we receive confirmation of payment from the bank. To speed up this process you can send us a transfer confirmation, and your order will be sent on the same day if we have received the proof by 14:00

If we have any questions related to the order (delivery address, payment confirmation, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact you through our Customer Support. We will wait for a response for three business days. The order will not be shipped until we get a reply to our message. If we do not get any response within this time period, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with their invoice, the assigned shipping number and a link so that they can track the order on the carrier’s website.
Attempting to track the order online upon receipt of the shipment confirmation email may not return any results. In fact, shipping information may take up to 24 hours after receipt of the shipment confirmation to be updated on the carrier’s website.
Orders are delivered From Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address that the customer indicates when placing the order.
The customer can receive the order wherever he wishes (except in apartados), from Monday to Friday. To do this, just provide us with the address where you will be present between 9am and 7pm. An attempt will be made by a courier courier at the address indicated by the customer.
WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier on the day of delivery.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may lead to your return of the order to Worklandia, resulting in additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that you always make sure that the delivery address indicated is effectively correct and complete. Once the order is processed, you cannot change the delivery address or the billing data you indicated.

Madeira and Azores
WARNING: Delivery times are indicative and are therefore only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g.: incorrect addresses or force-major setbacks, such as strikes, connection losses, bad weather, etc.).
Once your order has been shipped, we guarantee a delivery time of 2/3 business days, unless the delivery address is in a remote area.
ATTENTION: Articles that are manufactured to measure, such as: lightbox (claim), sun visors, brush flaps, etc., without paint, for the manufacturing time is 5 working days and with painting can take about 3 weeks. The shipping times for these items is 2 days, and larger items can go from 4/5 business days. For items such as bullbar (kills cows) the manufacturing time is 45 days and delivery time is 5 business days.
