As such, RJSANTOS reserves the right to refuse to pay an order for a transaction that is considered unlawful. Secure 3D
3D Secure is a communication protocol designed to improve the security of online payments and enable credit card user authentication with the credit card issuing bank. When you make a payment in an online store, a process is triggered that verifies that the card you use is valid. If so, the security systems associated with the 3D Secure protocol verify the customer’s identity, using the credit card issuer in real time. It validates the identity of the customer and informs the store system that the card used is legitimate.
The goal is to protect credit card holders by reducing the likelihood of fraudulent use of their cards and improving transaction performance. This protocol is used by Visa, with the designation “Verified By Visa”, and by Mastercard, with the designation “Secure Code”.

IMPORTANT NOTE: RJSANTOS does not store any login details of the customer’s Paypal account.
Atm
ATM payments can be made through the ATM Network or through your Homebanking.
At the end of your order, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email, although it is also available in the “Order Details”.
To make the payment at an ATM, the customer must select the “Payment of Services/Purchases” option and enter the corresponding entity, reference and value.
The order will be shipped on the same day, if payment is made by 14:00 on a business day. Orders paid after that time will be shipped the following business day.
Products are booked for 3 days. If RJSANTOS does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be cancelled.
MB Way
MB Way payments are an easy and convenient way to make payments through your Smartphone. To use this payment method, select the MB Way option in the payment methods and enter your phone number.
A notification will be sent to your Smartphone to confirm payment. After you have confirmed your payment, you will receive an email confirming your order.
The order will be shipped on the same day, if payment is made by 14:00 on a business day. Orders paid after that time will be shipped the following business day.
Products are booked for 3 days. If RJSANTOS does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be cancelled.
